Role: IT Recruiter – Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, preferably with solid exposure to Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring successful closures within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT C2H requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other channels.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
- Track candidates from sourcing to offer and joining.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Follow up with candidates during the C2H onboarding and joining process.
- Work closely with account managers, hiring managers, and internal teams to meet recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in C2H / Contract-to-Hire hiring is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in IT staffing, RPO, C2H, contract staffing, or volume IT hiring will be preferred.
