We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 1+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT hiring requirements, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT/technical positions.
- Understand and work on IT recruitment requirements across various technologies and job roles.
- Source and identify suitable candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on job requirements.
- Handle candidate screening calls and clearly communicate job details, requirements, and interview processes.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams regarding candidate submissions and interview feedback.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status in internal trackers/ATS.
- Manage multiple requirements simultaneously and work towards defined recruitment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT/technical job requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident and qualified while handling candidate calls.
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
- Ability to understand JDs and identify relevant candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
