About the Company -

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT positions across various technologies. The candidate must possess robust communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS records.
- Negotiate salary and joining timelines with selected candidates.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Experience working on permanent hiring/contract staffing.
- Hands-on experience with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Good knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.Qualification
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
