About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with solid knowledge of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry to lead and deliver digital transformation and enterprise IT projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project execution, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of IT solutions supporting EPC operations, including engineering, procurement, project controls, construction management, and asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

- Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and support.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.




- Track project progress and provide executive-level reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with PMO, and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and business requirement sessions.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.

Governance & Compliance

- Establish project governance and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and corporate standards.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

Vendor & Resource Management

- Manage external vendors and implementation partners.
- Evaluate vendor performance and contractual deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of IT Project Management experience.
- 5 years of experience in EPC, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in enterprise application implementation and digital transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
