Job Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who can manage software/IT projects, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure projects are completed on time and as per requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage IT/software projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with Developers, QA, Designers, and other teams.
- Prepare project timelines, milestones, and task plans.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Understand client/business requirements and convert them into actionable tasks.
- Identify project risks, issues, and delays and take corrective action.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide project updates to management.
- Manage team workload, resources, and priorities.
- Ensure proper project documentation and quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT,



Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management processes.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.

Preferred
- Experience in Web, Mobile App, or Software Development projects.
- PMP/Scrum certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong team-handling and client-management skills.
