Job Summary

Khelo Tech is seeking a driven and stakeholder-savvy Associate Account Manager to be based on-site at our Meghalaya location and lead on-ground training and stakeholder enablement for our sports technology platform. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role: the candidate will own the complete implementation journey for client and government stakeholders — from initial understanding of their workflows, through live demonstrations and structured training, to UAT, feedback resolution, formal sign-off, go-live, and sustained adoption.

This role sits at the intersection of training delivery, stakeholder management, and product implementation. Unlike a conventional L&D; or trainer role, the candidate will be the single point of accountability for taking a stakeholder group all the way from “never used the product” to “confidently using it in production,” managing everything in between — training calendars, demo sessions for senior officials, UAT coordination, documentation, and approvals.

The candidate will work closely with client and government stakeholder teams on the ground, as well as with Khelo Tech's Product and Engineering teams back at base, translating field feedback into clear, actionable inputs and ensuring that issues raised during training or UAT are tracked through to resolution.

Tech's focus on sports technology, this role may involve supporting the rollout of the platform for large-scale sporting events, games operations, or state/institutional sports administration bodies, making prior exposure to government, enterprise SaaS, or large-scale event implementations especially valuable.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Meghalaya, requiring frequent direct interaction with senior stakeholders and a strong ability to manage multiple concurrent training tracks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end implementation journey for assigned stakeholder groups: Understand → Demonstrate → Train → UAT → Resolve Feedback → Obtain Approval → Go-Live → Adoption
- Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs for senior client and government stakeholders
- Plan and manage training calendars across multiple stakeholder groups and locations
- Design and deliver structured training sessions to drive user adoption of the platform
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, capture feedback, and drive issues to resolution




- Secure formal sign-off/approval from stakeholders at each stage of the rollout
- Act as the primary on-ground liaison between client stakeholders and Khelo Tech's Product/Engineering teams
- Maintain thorough documentation of training materials, UAT logs, feedback trackers, and go-live checklists
- Monitor post-go-live adoption and proactively address gaps in usage or understanding
- Be based on-site in Meghalaya and travel as required to support implementation activities
- Provide on-ground product implementation support during live events and real-world scenarios, working alongside senior stakeholders/officials to ensure smooth, glitch-free functioning of the product
- Ensure client/government users understand and use the product to its full capacity, driving complete and confident feature adoption rather than partial or surface-level usage

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Solid presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable conducting demos for senior stakeholders
- Experience managing training calendars and multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to manage UAT, feedback, and sign-off/approval processes
- Strong documentation and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working with technology products and understanding workflows
- Ability to coordinate between clients and internal Product/Engineering teams
- Willingness to be based in Meghalaya/on-site
- Strong command of English; Hindi and/or relevant local language would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace, CRM or ticketing tools, and LMS or training-tracking systems
