Requesting your help in identifying a suitable IT process consultant from LS who can work closely with client in Business process workflows and configuration within RIM or clinical systems. This role should be having hands on experience in framing Operating Model Alignment, synergies across each vault, Change Management & tri annual releases, ways of working with Veeva Product knowledge.

Position Name : Process Consulting & Governance Lead

Role Summary : Lead the design and execution of governance frameworks, operating models, and business processes to enable effective, compliant, and scalable operations. Drive standardized ways of working, playbook management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional governance across business and technology teams.





Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize business processes, operating models, and governance frameworks.

- Define, maintain, and drive adoption of playbooks, SOPs, RACI models, and ways of working.

- Lead governance operations, including executive reviews, RAID management, KPI reporting, and decision tracking.

- Coordinate with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.

- Conduct cross-Vault impact assessments, identify dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement changes.

- Drive continuous improvement, change management, and governance maturity initiatives.

Develop executive dashboards, governance reports, and leadership communications.
