ITPM Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the development and deployment of technology products, ensuring production schedules are met and maintaining high-quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage production timelines and troubleshoot issues.

- Plan, execute, and close projects by defining project scope, creating detailed project plans, and managing resources. Coordinate with stakeholders, monitor project progress, and manage risks and issues to ensure project success.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights. Use statistical techniques and software tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data. Create data visualizations, prepare reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.

- Experience managing Health Plan transformation, core platform migrations. Must understand health care domain, integration needs.

Technology Must have

- Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills beyond X-lookup, including pivot tables, macros,



and medium complexity formulas.

- Critical Thinking: Ability to approach problems logically and make data-driven decisions. (Uses skills like, analysis, evaluation, inference, and reflection. With Critical thinking you, Identify the problem, gather relevant information, analyze the data, consider other viewpoints, draw logical conclusions, communicate the solutions, reflect and learn vs. problem-solving uses knowledge, facts, and data to solve problems.)

- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.

- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

- Robust project management skills.

- Reasonable understanding of Healthcare domain
