Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT Operations & Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead and oversee Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) and SAP Application Management Services (AMS). This senior role is based onsite in Pune and requires solid leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- IT Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day IT operations across IMS & SAP AMS, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance.
- Service Delivery Leadership: Drive end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLA adherence, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with IT strategy.
- SAP AMS Oversight: Manage SAP application support, enhancements, and issue resolution, coordinating with functional and technical teams.
- IMS Governance: Ensure infrastructure stability, capacity planning,



and proactive monitoring across servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Implement ITIL best practices, optimize workflows, and drive automation initiatives.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT security, audit, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Service Delivery / IT Operations leadership.
- Strong expertise in SAP AMS and IMS environments.
- Proven track record in ITIL, incident/problem/change management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Certifications preferred: ITIL, PMP, SAP AMS specialization.
