Lead for specific project verticals, with primary responsibility to oversee and manage projects within select verticals in the organization. The candidate will be responsible for planning,

execution, budget, scheduling, quality, governance etc., and will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

 Responsible for end-to-end tech project implementation including planning, strategy, people management, governance, execution etc.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and scope. Ensure project plans are in place along with timelines, resources etc.

 Work closely with the project teams and constantly monitor progress of the projects against the plan, along with adherence to budget and quality.

 Ensure a strong communication channel is created with all stakeholders, and all key project milestones, progress, issues, etc., are communicated/escalated through the channels to the right stakeholders at right time.

 Ensure all project risks are identified and highlighted early, and a risk/issue mitigation plan is created to manage/handle the project risks.

 Provide guidance and mentorship to the team members, and ensure a collaborative setting persists all the time.

 Inculcate agile practices within the project teams,



suggest process improvements from time-totime and implement best practices to enhance agile project management.

 Work closely with the agile chapter lead, who is the overall horizontal PMO/Agile lead for

Technology, and constantly keep the leadership communicated on the progress, issues, risks etc. The candidate must ensure that he/she oversees the allocated projects end-to-end and there are no slippages or gaps in plan v/s execution and communication.

 Self-Decisions (in coordination with project stakeholders): Project plan, communication plan,

execution and implementation, process improvement, risk mitigation, documentation, etc.

 Manager escalations: Out of control risks/issues, management/leadership escalation,

timeline/budget issues, etc.
