About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Operations professional to manage and support the organization’s day-to-day technology infrastructure and operational systems. The role involves ensuring smooth IT operations, system availability, user support, security compliance, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, operational discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure & Operations
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, networks, and end-user devices.
- Ensure smooth functioning of business applications, email systems, and collaboration tools.
- Manage system performance, uptime, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
User Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Resolve tickets within defined SLAs and maintain issue logs.
- Troubleshoot operating systems, printers, connectivity issues, and application access problems.
Security & Compliance
- Support implementation of IT security policies and access controls.
- Monitor antivirus, firewall, and endpoint protection systems.
- Ensure data backup, patch management,
and compliance with IT policies.
Vendor & Asset Management
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement and technical support.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and warranties.
- Track hardware allocation and software usage.
Process Improvement
- Assist in automation and optimization of IT operational processes.
- Prepare operational reports and documentation.
- Support IT audits and compliance activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Operations / IT Support / System Administration.
- Basic understanding of networking, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM processes.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, and cloud environments.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with monitoring tools and backup solutions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
