Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven IT Operations Executive to manage, monitor, and improve IT-enabled operational processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SOP creation, process documentation, SLA/KPI tracking, data analysis, Power BI/Excel reporting, and process improvement. Knowledge of AI and automation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, and improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and process documentation.
- Develop and maintain process workflows and user manuals.
- Monitor SLA, TAT and KPI for operational processes.
- Analyze operational data to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement areas.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, and Excel.
- Track KPIs related to DSC issuance, customer support tickets, and other operational processes.
- Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for AI & Automation.
- Coordinate with technical/IT teams for automation and process improvement initiatives.




- Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and identify process deviations.
- Prepare operational, compliance, and management reports.
- Support quality reviews, audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of SOP Creation & Process Documentation
- Good understanding of SLA, KPI & TAT
- Hands-on experience with Power BI / Excel / Google Data Studio
- Experience in Data Analysis & Reporting
- Good understanding of Workflow & Process Mapping
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valuable communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of AI, Automation tools, or scripting is preferred

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who can understand a process, document it through SOPs, monitor SLA/KPIs, analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements using technology, automation, and AI.
