Relevant Experience :

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, endpoints,

and cloud services.

Oversee IT support operations and ensure user issues are resolved efficiently.

Manage backups, disaster recovery, patching, and system availability.

Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Azure, Sharepoint, VPN, and related services.

Manage IT assets, licenses, procurement, and vendor relationships.

Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and third-party support partners.

Coordinate procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, and services.

Track renewals, support agreements, and subscription services.

Develop IT policies, documentation, and support processes for Implementing ISO 27001, ISO 9K and other Certifications for the company.

CyberSecurity and compliance related:

Implement and maintain IT security controls across endpoints, networks, servers, cloud platforms, and user accounts.

Ensure systems are protected against malware, unauthorized access, data loss, and other security threats.

Manage patch management,



antivirus/endpoint protection, firewall rules, and access permissions.

Support compliance with data protection, information security, and licensing requirements.

Conduct periodic risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.

Experience with VAPT/WAPT/Pentest and OpenSec practices

Preferred Certifications Candidates with one or more of the following will be strongly preferred:

CompTIA Security+

Certified Information Systems Security Skilled – CISSP

ITIL

ISO 27001
