The candidate should have hands-on experience in systems, software, networking, HMIS, CCTV, video conferencing, and telephone systems. The role includes troubleshooting, ensuring smooth IT operations, and coordinating with software vendors, hardware support agencies, and network/Internet service providers.
The candidate should be capable of multitasking, managing multiple IT requirements, and resolving issues efficiently. Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting will be preferred.
