Role & responsibilities

- Manage IT infrastructure across multiple plants plants and offices: servers, networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric and access systems

- Administer and support ERP, CRM, email/Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and user accounts. Exposure to open -source ERPs

- Support engineering teams with CAD/CAM software licensing, workstations, file servers and data backup (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)

- Put in place and maintain backup, disaster recovery and cybersecurity policies, including antivirus, patching, access control and data protection

- Manage IT procurement, AMC contracts, vendor relationships and the annual IT budget

- Maintain an asset inventory and a software licence compliance register

- Provide helpdesk support and train users across departments

- Drive digitisation projects such as purchase and inventory tracking, dashboards, document management and workflow automation

- Support the website,



domain and hosting setup and coordinate with external agencies

- Enable remote access and connectivity for export-customer support and service engineers

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA in IT or Computer Science

- 3-5 years in IT, including at least 23 years leading IT in a manufacturing or industrial company

- Robust hands-on skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, networking (LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN), firewalls (Fortinet/Sophos) and NAS/backup solutions

- Experience with ERP implementation or administration (Tally / SAP B1 / ERP Next)

- Working knowledge of cybersecurity practices and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration

- Ability to manage vendors, negotiate AMCs and work within a budget

- Preferred: exposure to PLC/SCADA networks, CAD licence servers, Power BI or basic scripting
