Job Summary

We are looking for a self-driven, proactive, and technically strong IT Manager with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, hardware, networking, CRM systems, CCTV, intercom, and general IT operations.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day IT operations, identifying and resolving technical problems, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all IT systems and infrastructure remain secure, reliable, and operational.

Key Responsibilities1. IT Infrastructure & Hardware

- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper allocation and tracking of equipment.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions.
- Manage backup systems and ensure data availability.

2. Networking & Connectivity

- Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, internet, IP, DNS, DHCP, and related issues.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems proactively.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers and other network vendors.
- Maintain network documentation, IP records, and infrastructure diagrams.

3. CRM & Business Applications

- Manage and support the organization's CRM system and other business applications.
- Coordinate with CRM/software vendors for implementation, troubleshooting, customization, and support.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Train users and provide technical support for CRM-related issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT systems and business processes through technology.

4. CCTV & Security Systems

- Manage and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, NVR/DVR, cameras, storage, and monitoring systems.
- Troubleshoot CCTV connectivity, recording, camera, and remote-viewing issues.
- Coordinate installation and maintenance of recent CCTV systems.




- Ensure CCTV systems are operational and properly maintained.

5. Intercom & Communication Systems

- Manage and maintain intercom/EPABX systems and related communication infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot extensions, connectivity, and communication issues.
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and installations.

6. IT Support & Troubleshooting

- Provide timely technical support to employees and departments.
- Identify the root cause of technical problems and implement permanent solutions wherever possible.
- Handle IT incidents independently and escalate only when required.
- Maintain an issue/incident log and ensure timely closure of problems.
- Proactively identify potential IT issues before they affect business operations.

7. IT Security & Data Protection

- Implement basic IT security policies and best practices.
- Manage antivirus, endpoint security, user access, passwords, and system updates.
- Ensure regular backups of critical business data.
- Monitor and address potential security vulnerabilities.
- Maintain appropriate access controls for systems and devices.

8. Vendor & AMC Management

- Coordinate with hardware, networking, CCTV, CRM, software, Internet, and other IT vendors.
- Manage AMC/service contracts and ensure timely service delivery.
- Obtain quotations, compare technical solutions, and coordinate procurement where required.
- Maintain records of vendor services, warranties, licenses, and contracts.

9. IT Projects & Improvements

- Plan and implement new IT infrastructure, software, networking, CCTV, and communication projects.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend practical solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead IT-related installations, upgrades,



migrations, and expansions.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in an IT Manager/System Administrator/IT Infrastructure role.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Computer hardware and troubleshooting
- LAN/WAN and network infrastructure
- Routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls
- Windows operating systems and common business software
- CCTV, DVR/NVR, and surveillance systems

- Backup and data protection
- IT security and access management
- Experience managing IT vendors and service providers.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred: Candidates with certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA, or relevant networking/system administration certifications will be an advantage. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
