Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the IT department in India, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating IT staff.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's business objectives and drive technological innovation.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, infrastructure, and applications to ensure reliability, security, and scalability, with a focus on networking, server management, and Active Directory.
- Manage IT projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to IT security, data privacy, and IT governance, including ITIL principles.
- Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics, identify areas for improvement,



and implement solutions to optimize IT operations and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and business units, to understand IT needs and priorities and align IT initiatives with business goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and solutions to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Provide leadership and guidance on IT risk management, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery to mitigate IT-related risks and ensure business resilience.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IT department to promote employee engagement and career development
