About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing digital platform operating in the private capital and equity management ecosystem. - 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Security, or Security Operations, preferably within SaaS or FinTech environments.

- Manage endpoint lifecycle, device provisioning, configuration, hardening, and LAPS using Microsoft Intune across Windows and macOS environments.

- Administer and optimise CrowdStrike Falcon EDR for endpoint protection and incident response.

- Manage Cloudflare ZTNA, Gateway, and WAF policies, including troubleshooting complex access and network security issues.

- Administer Forcepoint DLP policies, SSL inspection exceptions, and Sophos Email Security configurations.

- Lead vulnerability management activities using Qualys VMDR and drive remediation tracking.

- Support onboarding, offboarding, identity, and access management processes.

- Collaborate with MSSP/SOC/MXDR partners and triage security alerts.

- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, DPDPA, SEBI audits, client security reviews, and compliance initiatives.

- Coordinate with vendors for licensing, background verification, and audit requirements.

- Provide technical support,



stakeholder communication, documentation, and serve as an escalation point for internal IT issues.

- Experience with CyberArk (or equivalent PAM), Wiz (or equivalent CNAPP), and strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS platforms is highly preferred.

The Successful Applicant

- 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Security Operations, Endpoint Security, or Cybersecurity

- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management

- Experience with CrowdStrike or similar EDR platforms

- Exposure to Cloudflare ZTNA/WAF or comparable SASE/Zero Trust solutions

- Working knowledge of CyberArk or equivalent Privileged Access Management tools

- Expertise in Forcepoint or similar Data Loss Prevention platforms

- Experience with Qualys VMDR or equivalent vulnerability management solutions

- Understanding of cloud security platforms such as Wiz or comparable CNAPP tools

- Experience working with MSSPs, SOCs, or MXDR providers

- Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and data privacy regulations

- Experience supporting client security assessments, audits, and compliance reviews

- Solid troubleshooting expertise across Windows and macOS environments

- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
