Position 2: IT Management / ERP Application Support – Experienced

Experience: 2-4 years

We are looking for candidates with approximately more than 2 years and less than 4 years of experience and in IT Support, ERP Support, Application Support or a similar role.

Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT and ERP application support to employees.
- Handle and resolve ERP-related user queries.
- Troubleshoot application errors and operational issues.
- Understand and support ERP workflows used by the construction company.
- Manage and track IT/ERP support tickets.
- Prioritize issues based on business impact.
- Escalate complex issues to ERP vendors or technical teams.
- Coordinate with users, management and ERP support teams.
- Monitor pending issues and ensure timely closure.
- Assist in ERP data validation and transaction-related issues.
- Support ERP reports and operational queries.
- Participate in ERP testing and UAT.
- Assist with new ERP features, updates and implementations.
- Prepare SOPs and user documentation.
- Provide basic training and guidance to ERP users.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Maintain proper records of issues, resolutions and escalations.

Experienced Candidate Requirements

- More than 2-4 years in:
- ERP Application Support
- IT Application Support
- IT Helpdesk
- ERP Implementation Support
- Business Application Support
- Good understanding of ERP systems and business workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Positive communication and user-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Ability to independently manage and close support tickets.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into application-related support.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in





NWAY ERP | Construction ERP | Project ERP | Procurement ERP | Inventory ERP | Billing ERP | Application Support will be given preference.

Construction ERP Knowledge The selected employees will be expected to gradually understand construction-related ERP operations such as:
