About the Role

DoctorC is hiring a hands-on IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, device fleet, and server environments across our corporate offices, diagnostic hubs, and regional partner labs.

You will handle helpdesk ticketing, network setup, device provisioning, multi-city site visits, and on-call operational support.

Key Responsibilities

● Helpdesk & Ticket Resolution: Act as the main L1–L3 escalation point for hardware,

software, OS (macOS, Windows, Linux), network, and lab peripheral issues under strict

SLAs.

● Device & Asset Management: Manage the full lifecycle for laptops, desktops, and lab devices. Handle onboarding/offboarding, tracking, and zero-touch setup using MDM tools (Jamf, Intune).

● Network & Server Administration: Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs,

and local/cloud servers to ensure 99.9% uptime across all centers.

● Multi-City Travel & Lab Support: Travel locally (Hyderabad) and outstation (20%–35%)

to deploy and maintain IT infrastructure at regional diagnostic labs.





● Security & Access Control: Administer Google Workspace / M365 accounts and enforce endpoint security (FileVault/BitLocker, Antivirus/EDR, disk encryption).

● On-Call & Vendor Operations: Available on-call for emergency lab outages. Manage

ISPs, hardware vendors, and AMC contracts across locations.

Requirements

● Experience: 5–8 years as a hands-on SysAdmin, IT Lead, or IT Manager in multi-location tech, retail, or healthcare operations.

● Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows Server, Linux, networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls), and basic cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).

● Tools: Hands-on experience with MDM software, Google Workspace / M365 Admin, and ticketing tools (Jira / Freshservice).

● Flexibility: Valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and ability to handle off-hours on-call shifts.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
