Role Description

This full-time, on-site Junior Product Owner role is based in Bangalore Urban.

The Junior Product

Owner will assist in defining product vision, refining and prioritizing the product backlog, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, supporting business analysis activities, participating in sprint planning and review sessions, and monitoring product performance against goals. The role also involves coordinating with software developers, clarifying user stories, documenting feature specifications, and helping ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments.

Qualifications





- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, define problems, and support evidence-based product decisions.
- Foundational product management capabilities, including backlog management, requirements documentation, and feature prioritization.
- Experience or education in business analysis, with the ability to understand workflows, map processes, and capture user needs.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and project managers in a clear and qualified manner.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts, agile methodologies, and the software delivery lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Urban, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product and project management platforms is an advantage.
