Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in IT support, troubleshooting, systems, and day-to-day technology operations. The role is suitable for candidates who are interested in building their technical skills in a professional work setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the IT team with day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting.

- Support employees with basic hardware, software, and system-related issues.

- Assist with computer setup, software installation, configuration, and maintenance.

- Help monitor and maintain IT equipment and systems.

- Assist in resolving network, connectivity, printer, and peripheral-related issues.

- Maintain records of IT assets, equipment, and service requests.

- Support the IT team in system updates, backups, and routine maintenance.





- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for IT-related requirements when required.

- Follow IT security, data protection, and company policies.

- Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed BCA, B.Sc.

Computer

Science, B.Tech/BE in Computer Science/IT, or Diploma

.

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
