Responsibilities

Experience/ Qualification

Plan for IT Infra related activities, review PoA.

Build infrastructure strategy in collaboration with business departments

3-9 years of experience and currently working as IT

Infrastructure Lead/Manager

Responsible for managing overall IT day to day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance and end user satisfaction

Maintain activity logs

Experienced in management of Budgeting and recruitment

Manage staff and IT Infra equipment

Vendor management, SLA management

Knowledge of servers, networks, database, storage and H/W,

S/W components

Positive Knowledge of RedHat Openshift Kubernetes and OS is must

Participate in DR-Drill, maintenance activities





Good management of Client relationship and communication

Provide Regular update/reporting to Sr.

management/ client.
