IT Infrastructure Manager (Techno-Managerial) - Immediate Joinee

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Experience: 12-15+ Years demonstrated experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure strategy, annual budgeting, technology roadmaps, third-party service providers, and Head/CIO-level reporting will be highly preferred.

Job Summary The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, data centre operations, cloud platforms, network services, end-user computing setting, disaster recovery capabilities, and vendor ecosystem. The role requires a blend of strong technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure high availability, security, performance, scalability, and operational excellence across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Data Centre & Infrastructure Management Manage enterprise IT infrastructure including on-premises data centres, disaster recovery sites, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and cloud environments. Ensure availability, performance, scalability, and resilience of all infrastructure services. Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies, replication mechanisms, backup procedures, and failover processes. Establish infrastructure standards, operational procedures, and capacity planning frameworks. Oversee infrastructure modernization initiatives aligned with business requirements. Ensure compliance with security hardening standards, patch management processes, and operational best practices.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
