We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Automation Engineer to support Azure, Linux, DevOps, IT operations and infrastructure automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Azure, Linux, Microsoft 365, network and production infrastructure.
- Identify and automate long-running query monitoring, ticket creation and issue tracking.
- Monitor and optimize IOPS and infrastructure costs on Linux database servers.
- Develop and monitor deployment tools and automation workflows.
- Support Azure DevOps administration and deployment activities.
- Automate Azure server CPU monitoring and Gatekeeper/Zoho ticket processes.
- Improve and automate laptop installation and IT onboarding processes.
- Handle AI-related licensing and administration.




- Troubleshoot day-to-day infrastructure and user issues and coordinate with teams for resolution.
- Identify opportunities for automation, cost optimization and process improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
