About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Team Lead to manage and oversee the organization's IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, managing IT assets, maintaining network and server infrastructure, and leading a team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT Infrastructure team.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

IT Infrastructure & Operations

- Manage end-to-end IT operations across the organization.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems.
- Monitor network, server, and endpoint performance.

Network & Security Management

- Configure and manage Firewalls, VPNs, Routers, Switches,



and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies and access controls.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and security-related issues.

Server Administration

- Manage Windows Server workplace, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Handle server installation, configuration, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Support virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

Hardware & Software Asset Management

- Maintain inventory of laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices, and software licenses.
- Manage procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing requirements.

User Support & IT Governance

- Provide L2/L3 support for critical IT incidents.
- Develop and maintain IT SOPs, documentation, and policies.
- Support audits, compliance activities, and infrastructure upgrades.

Vendor Management

- Coordinate with ISPs, OEMs, and third-party service providers.
- Manage AMC contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
