Role Purpose The IT Infrastructure Architect will be part of the CTO team and will be responsible for defining, governing, and continuously evolving the enterprise IT infrastructure architecture in alignment with business strategy, technology roadmap, security requirements, salability, resilience, and cost objectives. The role will work across Infrastructure, Cloud and Data Center Team, Network, Cybersecurity (Ciso), Enterprise Applications, Digital, PMO and business teams to define the target-state architecture, evaluate technology options, establish standards, and ensure that infrastructure investments are scalable, secure, resilient, and commercially optimized. The position requires strong technical architecture expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional technology initiatives.

Experience

10–12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Architecture / Enterprise Infrastructure.

Technical Skills / Competencies

Robust experience in IT Infrastructure Architecture / Enterprise Infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux, virtualization,



VMware / Hyper-V / Nutanix or equivalent HCI, Compute and Storage, Data Center architecture, Backup and DR, Enterprise Networking, and Cloud Infrastructure.

Good understanding of Azure and/or AWS architecture.

Strong understanding of infrastructure security principles.

Experience in designing HA, DR and resilient infrastructure.

Experience in technology assessment, PoC and solution evaluation.

Strong understanding of infrastructure capacity planning and lifecycle management.

Good understanding of ITIL, ITSM and operational processes.

Preferred / Good to Have

TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.

Azure / AWS Architecture certification.

Nutanix / VMware certification.

ITIL certification.

Experience with FinOps / Cloud Cost Optimization.

Experience with Zero Trust / ZTNA architecture.
