Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Manager to manage and oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, network, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, systems administration, IT operations, and technical support.

The role will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, reliability, and performance of IT systems, while leading the IT team, managing vendors and assets, supporting business operations, and maintaining compliance with applicable security and IT standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations across the organization.
- Manage and mentor IT infrastructure, system administration, network, and support teams.
- Design, implement, maintain, and monitor enterprise network infrastructure.
- Manage Fortinet, Sophos and other firewall environments, including security policies, NAT, routing, IPS, WAF, SSL inspection, SD-WAN, IPsec and SSL VPN.
- Manage network switches, routers, wireless access points, VLANs, routing and switching.
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IIS and related infrastructure services.
- Manage AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, networks, security groups/NSGs, storage, snapshots, monitoring and access controls.
- Manage virtualization environments including VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
- Manage storage, backup, disaster recovery and server infrastructure.
- Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, user accounts and licenses.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding,



including account creation, access provisioning, device allocation and access removal.
- Implement and monitor endpoint security, EDR/XDR, MDM, patch management and vulnerability management.
- Monitor security events, logs and incidents using SIEM tools and coordinate incident response and remediation.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, security reviews, patching and system hardening.
- Manage IT security policies, access controls, IAM/PAM and endpoint protection.
- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001 and other IT/security compliance requirements, including evidence collection and risk management.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, procurement, software licenses and hardware lifecycle.
- Manage technology vendors, contracts, SLAs, procurement and vendor security assessments.
- Establish and maintain SOPs, network diagrams, infrastructure documentation, security documentation and RCA reports.
- Monitor IT service performance, incidents, escalations and SLA compliance.
- Manage IT budgets, capacity planning and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, senior management, vendors, security teams and business teams.
- Provide technical support and guidance for critical infrastructure and security incidents.
- Identify opportunities for automation, infrastructure optimization and improved IT service delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in networking, systems administration, cloud or cybersecurity will be an advantage.
- CompTIA Security+, CCNA, MCSE or equivalent certifications are preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
