About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head Information Technology to lead the organisation's IT function across corporate and manufacturing locations. The role will be responsible for IT strategy, infrastructure, ERP/SAP, cybersecurity, business applications, digitalisation and IT operations.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, secure and cost-effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the organisation's IT strategy, roadmap and annual IT budget.
- Lead IT infrastructure across offices and plants including servers, networks, connectivity, hardware, systems and user support.
- Own and drive ERP/SAP and other business applications, including implementation, upgrades, integration and user adoption.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Sales, Purchase, Production,



Quality and Engineering to identify technology requirements and improve processes.
- Drive digitalisation and automation to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain cybersecurity, data protection, access control, backup and disaster recovery systems.
- Ensure effective IT support and defined service levels across all locations.
- Manage IT assets, software licences, AMC/contracts and technology vendors.
- Establish IT policies, processes and governance covering security, assets, access, data and acceptable IT usage.
- Evaluate recent technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business requirements and budgets.
- Lead and develop the internal IT team and manage external IT partners/service providers.

Preferred Background Candidates from manufacturing / engineering / automotive / rubber / industrial products or similar sectors will be preferred.
