Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Digital Transformation Head to lead IT infrastructure, operational technology, digital transformation, ERP initiatives, networking, security, and business continuity programs.

The role will be responsible for driving large-scale technology implementations, managing IT service delivery, leading transformation initiatives, and ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead IT infrastructure, operational technology, and digital transformation programs involving complex implementations and organizational change.
- Drive the SAP S/4HANA roadmap and manage implementation consultants across modules including SD, MM, PP, FICO, and QM.
- Lead implementation and optimization of enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, digitalization, and design software solutions.
- Develop and implement technology solutions aligned with business processes, people, technology, and information requirements.
- Manage IT service delivery, SLAs, priority incidents, escalations, system upgrades, and continuous service improvement.
- Gather and analyze requirements from internal stakeholders, partners, vendors, service providers, and third-party suppliers.
- Lead process development, transition, customization, and technology implementation initiatives.




- Establish and govern networking and information security frameworks and processes.
- Set up and manage Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes aligned with business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT efficiency, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure effective governance of infrastructure, applications, security, and technology operations.
- Develop and maintain IT processes, standards, methodologies, and documentation.
- Train and guide IT and business teams on processes, systems, and operational methodologies.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of technology team members.
- Promote effective collaboration, communication, and teamwork across IT and business functions.

Requirements
- 15 years of experience in IT project implementation, technology delivery, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in implementing and managing SAP, Zoho/CRM, digitalization platforms, or design software.
- Solid experience in IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and technology operations.
- Experience managing ERP implementation and transformation programs, preferably including SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven experience managing and delivering complex IT projects from planning through implementation.
- Experience leading and managing a 10–15 member technology team.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, consultant, and third-party management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and change-management capabilities.
