Sr. IT Recruiter Work From Home

Company: Intellics Global Services Pvt. Ltd.

Position: Sr. IT Recruiter – C2H / FTE

Experience: 2–6 years

Salary: 12,000–18,000 per month (based on experience)

Location: Remote / Work From Home

Joining: Immediate or within 7 days

Key Requirement

- Minimum 2 years of C2H (Contract-to-Hire) IT recruitment experience
- Experience in both contract and permanent IT hiring
- Good knowledge of different IT technologies and skill sets
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Should be able to work independently

Job Responsibilities

- Source and screen IT candidates based on client requirements
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for C2H and permanent positions
- Work on different IT technologies and skill sets
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with candidates




- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams

Eligibility

- Qualification: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BE, B.Sc. (Computers)
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Maximum employment gap: 6 months
- Own laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection required
- Female candidates only

Work Details

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday + Sunday
- Work Mode: 100% Remote
