We’re looking for an IT Executive to join our team, and take ownership of day-to-day IT support, infrastructure, systems, and user requirements.
What You’ll Be Handling:
- Windows OS, MS Office & software troubleshooting
- Active Directory & user account management
- Zoho Email, Zoho CRM & Zoho Books support
- Hardware, networking, printers & peripherals
- IT asset management & inventory tracking
- Firewall, antivirus & backup management
- CCTV & networking device support
- Employee IT support & onboarding
- IT documentation, reports & security compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / System Administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, MS Office & Networking
- Experience with Zoho applications is a plus
- Solid troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Good communication and ability to handle multiple priorities
