We are an Audiovisual (AV) and Medical Conference Support Company looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher to join our technical team.

This is a hands-on role where you will get exposure to Audiovisual technology, IT support, networking, software, websites, applications, and AI tools. We are looking for someone who is willing to take responsibility, learn new technologies, and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for medical conferences and professional events.
- Prepare, create, edit, and manage PowerPoint presentations and other conference-related content.
- Assist with AV equipment, computers, displays, projectors, networking, and conference systems.
- Provide in office and remote technical support during events.
- Assist in setting up and troubleshooting computer networks and internet connectivity.
- Support the maintenance and day-to-day operation of the company's internal software and IT systems.
- Assist in developing and maintaining company websites and web applications.
- Learn and work with software development tools, databases, servers, hosting, and cloud platforms.
- Assist with software testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance.
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering to improve productivity and develop solutions.
- Work with modern development practices, including version control systems and SDLC.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and work towards completing them independently.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies based on the company's requirements.

Growth Opportunity This position is not limited to basic IT or conference support.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to gradually take on software development responsibilities and grow into a full-time Developer role within the company.

You will be exposed to real-world projects involving websites, applications, internal software, AI tools, cloud services, servers, and automation, while also gaining practical experience in the audiovisual and medical conference industry.
