We are looking for a technically strong and business-oriented IT Operations & SAP S/4HANA professional to manage day-to-day IT operations, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments.

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

- Provide functional/technical support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

- Support SAP user administration, roles, access, configuration, and system-related activities.

- Coordinate with SAP implementation/support partners for incidents, enhancements, integrations, and system changes.

- Support SAP-related troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Monitor integrations between SAP and other enterprise applications.

- Assist business teams in resolving SAP-related operational issues.

- Support SAP upgrades, releases, testing, change management, and documentation.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, application, and system-related issues.

- Provide timely technical support to users across locations.

- Identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

- Maintain incident, problem, and resolution records.

- Coordinate escalation of critical issues with relevant technology partners

System Integration & Digital Transformation





- Support integration of SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise systems and applications.

- Work with business and technology teams to understand integration requirements.

- Support automation, digitalisation, and IT transformation initiatives.

- Participate in implementation of recent IT solutions and business applications.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills, including experience managing enterprise systems and cloud-based environments.

- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, resolve, and prevent SAP S/4HANA and infrastructure-related issues.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud) configuration, user management, and integrations is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of IT security practices, backup and recovery, and system monitoring tools is beneficial.

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Relevant certifications in SAP, networking, or cloud technologies (e.g., SAP S/4HANA certifications, CompTIA Network+, cloud platform credentials)
