About The Role:

We are looking for a smart IT Person who has solid knowledge of AI tools and hands-on experience in Railway E-Tendering process (IREPS). The candidate will handle complete IT operations, use AI to improve business efficiency, and manage all Railway tender related work from searching to submission. Must have Hands-on experience in IREPS Railway Tender (searching, bidding, documentation) + Good IT knowledge + AI Tools (ChatGPT etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

A. IT & AI Responsibilities:

1. Manage company IT infrastructure, emails, website, data backup and security.

2. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) for documentation, reports, business analysis and automation.

3. Create presentations, proposals, and technical documents using AI.

4. Handle MS Office, Excel (Advanced), Google Workspace, Tally/Billing software.

5. Basic knowledge of networking, system troubleshooting, and data management.

B. Railway Tender Responsibilities:

1. Daily searching and tracking of Railway Tenders on IREPS (www.ireps.gov.in), GeM, and other portals.

2. Complete knowledge of IREPS Vendor Registration, Product approval, Digital Signature (DSC).

3.



Preparation of technical bid, financial bid, and uploading documents on IREPS portal.

4. Coordination with Railway divisions, documentation, EMD, SD, and compliance.

5. Maintain tender tracker, follow up for results, corrigendum, and LOA/PO.

6. Liaison with accounts team for tender costing and documentation.Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in IT / Computer Science / BCA / MCA or any graduate with strong IT knowledge.
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years in Railway Tendering via IREPS Portal is MANDATORY.
- Strong knowledge of AI Tools and Prompt Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PDF editing.
- Knowledge of GeM Portal, e-Procurement, Vendor Registration process.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred:

- Candidates who have worked in Railway contractor / Railway supplier company.
- Knowledge of Gem, RDSO, Railway Stores tender.
