Position: IT Executive

Location: Surat

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain company computers, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and required software applications.
- Handle Server management, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and regular maintenance.
- Manage and configure Cisco Catalyst switches, routers, and networking devices.
- Monitor and maintain internet connectivity, LAN/WAN networks, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Oversee computing infrastructure and ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Maintain regular data backups and ensure system security with antivirus and firewall management.
- Install, configure, and provide technical support for CRM software and ensure smooth functioning of the CRM system.
- Support and maintain ERP, CRM, and other company management systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment purchase, AMC, and repairs.
- Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and documentation.




- Ensure data confidentiality and implement cybersecurity best practices.
- Manage CCTV systems and basic firewall configurations.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and computing systems.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic server administration.
- Knowledge of Catalyst switches and network configuration.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN setup, firewall, and cybersecurity practices.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and email configuration.
- Experience in handling and supporting CRM software systems.
- Basic understanding of virtualization concepts will be an added advantage.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Diploma in Hardware & Networking will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
