We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage and support the day-to-day IT operations of the hotel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of all hotel systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain hotel IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to hotel departments and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Maintain computers, printers, Wi-Fi, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Support and maintain hotel operating systems, applications, and communication systems.
- Ensure regular data backup and basic IT security practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related maintenance and support.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets and equipment.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems during daily hotel operations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in hotel IT or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with hotel systems such as PMS/POS will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple departments.
- Candidates from the hospitality industry will be preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: Up to ₹23,000 per month
