Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Networking IT Executive to manage and support our IT infrastructure.

Location: Aluva, Kerala.

Work Mode: In-person

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.

- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

- Provide timely technical support to employees.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.

- Perform updates, backups, preventive maintenance, and asset inventory.

- Coordinate hardware procurement, repairs, and vendors.

- Maintain IT documentation and network security.

- Support CCTV, biometric, security alarm, and other network devices.

Requirements

- Solid Windows,



hardware, and networking knowledge.

- Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.

- Knowledge of Active Directory, antivirus, backups, server administration, and security is an advantage.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
