Job Title : IT Intern

About the Position We are looking for a self-driven and dynamic Intern for our IT team. You must be someone who is passionate about learning all things IT; from Asset Management to Hardware to security protocols. Critical for this position is a strong sense of integrity, as this person will have access to confidential information.

Responsibilities

● Set up and maintain IT systems, biometric devices, and assist with resolving basic network or system issues.





● Support regular IT checks and help update recovery plans and tools to ensure minimal downtime.

● Upload and download client content accurately and share it with the correct teams on time.

● Maintain proper logs of uploads, delays, and any data-related incidents (e.g., missing watermark or encryption).

● Assist in organizing staff training sessions on IT policies like cybersecurity, acceptable use, and data protection.

Requirements

● Graduate in any IT stream. Freshers welcome

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
