Base Location: #Chennai
Experience: Minimum 2 Years at Hotel industry Education: Relevant
Reporting to: IT Manager – Corporate
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel IT operations
- Support PMS, POS, network, Wi-Fi, hardware, Hotelogix and IDS software
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues
- Coordinate with vendors and Corporate IT
- Support hotel teams and ensure smooth technology operations
Pay: Up to ₹37,408.25 per month
