IT Engineer (Azure)

Experience: 3–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage IT infrastructure, users, devices, applications, and access.

* Provide Azure cloud support – Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Entra ID, Virtual Network, and Azure Monitor.

- Manage Microsoft 365/Office 365, user accounts, licenses, and email.
- Troubleshoot Windows/Linux, hardware, software, networking, and cloud issues.

- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and access management.
- Manage IT assets, backups, security, patches, and system updates.

* Support basic AI tools and automation for IT operations.

- Coordinate with vendors and maintain IT documentation.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Cloud Support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Good knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of AI tools.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and with teams.

* Azure certification is a plus.
