Key Responsibilities

1. IT Support &
- Troubleshooting

- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees across departments.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, scanner, and connectivity-related issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

- Maintain proper records of IT assets, systems, and accessories.

- Ensure timely resolution of user IT-related complaints and issues.

1. Software &
- Application Management

- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot required software and applications.

- Provide user support for MS Office, ERP/HMIS, hospital applications, email systems, and other business software.

- Monitor software functionality and coordinate with vendors for application-related issues.

- Maintain software licenses and ensure systems are updated as required.

- Support users in understanding and effectively using organizational software.

1. Network &
- Infrastructure Support

- Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and other networking infrastructure.

- Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot network-related problems.

- Coordinate with internet/network service providers whenever required.

- Support CCTV, biometric attendance, access control, and other technology systems where applicable.

1. Healthcare IT Support





- Provide IT support for Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS/HMIS), EMR/EHR, LIS, PACS, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and other healthcare applications, as applicable.

- Coordinate with hospital departments to resolve system-related issues.

- Ensure minimum disruption to critical hospital IT services.

- Support integration and smooth functioning of IT systems used by clinical and non-clinical departments.

1. Data &
- Security

- Ensure regular backup and protection of important organizational data.

- Follow IT security policies and maintain confidentiality of organizational information.

- Support antivirus, firewall, access control, and basic cybersecurity requirements.

- Ensure appropriate user access to systems and applications.

- Report any suspected security incidents to the IT Head/Manager immediately.

Required Software Knowledge The candidate should have positive working knowledge of commonly used IT software and applications, including:

- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

- Windows Operating System

- Internet &
- Email Configuration

- Antivirus and basic security software

- Basic knowledge of ERP/HMIS/Hospital Management Software

- Basic database/application troubleshooting

- Remote desktop/support tools

- Basic networking tools and utilities

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
