Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree in Indian or Foreign equivalent required from an accredited Institution.

Experience and Age Limit:12+ years of experience in Information Technology, IT Contracts, Governance, Procurements, Resource Management, Service Management, IT Process etc.

28 To 45 Years of Age.

Job Profile

Responsible for Managing and Governing the IT Contractual, Commercial, Compliance, Service Governance. Contract Administration, Vendor Performance Management, SLA Compliance, Audit support, Risk Management, and regulatory compliance.

Maintain a Central Repository of all Contract related documents, approvals and correspondences. Track Contractual milestones, deliverables, obligations, warranties and renewal requirements.

Organize and coordinate Governance meetings, operational reviews, service review meetings and Management review meetings. Submit periodic governance reports.

Monitor adherence to all Service Level Agreements (SLA), Track SLA breaches and coordinate timely closure of action items. Prepare and submit periodic MIS, governance dashboards, SLA reports, compliance reports, and action trackers.





Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, Bank policies, ISMS requirements, Cybersecurity policies, Regulatory instructions and applicable laws. Coordinate all internal, statutory, regulatory, vigilance, information security, and third-party audits relating to the contract.

Ensure fulfilment of contractual resource deployment obligations. Monitor resource onboarding, replacement, transition, and exit activities.

Coordinate knowledge transfer, documentation handover, asset reconciliation, and service transition activities.

Skills and Competency:

Proficiency in managing Contract Lifecycle Management.

Experience of Regulatory Compliance

Ability to track expenditure, manage cost and budget.

IT Service Management (ITSM): Familiarity with frameworks / ITIL.

Understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Software Licensing models, and Cybersecurity baselines.

Tracking and reporting on Vendor operational performance.

Primary escalation point to resolve disputes between internal IT teams and third-party vendors.
