IT Business Analyst with Total 15+ yr experience

Must have Solid knowledge in any one of the follwing conga Q2C(CPQ) or OTC(O2C) or SAP SD/MM business processes

Work with with Business, IT Business Partners, Business Process Experts/Owners to gather the requirements

Understand the Business Scope/requirements, Develop high-level solution concepts and wireframes and work with Business on ambiguity resolution

Document requirements in detail and create Functional Specs to Dev team, Refining user stories & Log in in Devops tool with acceptance criteria,

Document process to illustrate current and future states. Work in colleboration with Architects and Tech Leads on to be solution.

Understands how the IT solution supports the Business Process E2E.

Support to maintain product backlog

Continuous validation of deliverables against requirements.

Build effective and productive key business stakeholder relationships

Flexibly respond to shifting business needs and priorities.

Train key users and ensure availability of training and support materials.

Support in preparing the Test Case & Review the Test cases coverage. Support Business durig UAT

Well versed with Scrum and Agile,Should be familiar with Azure tool

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization effort
