About the Company:

Nada Happiness LLP is a Kerala-based business support company providing dedicated back-office support to its group and associated companies. The team supports key business functions including HR, Accounting & Finance, Graphic Design and IT Support.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Assistant to support day-to-day IT operations, including technical support, hardware and software maintenance, network infrastructure, IT assets, security systems, and data backup processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Troubleshoot IT problems and escalate complex issues when required.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain computers, printers, networks, and applications.
- Perform basic network connectivity and system checks.
- Support IT security systems, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and related infrastructure.
- Maintain IT asset, software licence, and equipment records.
- Assist with data backups and recovery processes.




- Maintain records of IT issues, maintenance, and system upgrades.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve day-to-day IT requirements.
- Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant IT support/technical support experience.
- Good knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and hardware/software maintenance.
- Working knowledge of Windows and LAN/WAN environments.
- Familiarity with ERP/POS systems, CCTV, and basic IT security.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
