Role Overview

 Seeking a dynamic IT Business Partner to lead the deployment of Supply

Chain Analytics / dashboards to provide visibility to the business performance.

 As an IT business partner, this role involves working closely with the business to come up with the right KPIs & dashboards.

 Working closely with the IT to validate the dashboards, onboard the business team and drive the data governance so the data is current,

accurate and complete.

 The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to enhance sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management processes through effective use of technology

Required Qualifications & Experience

 IT experience with strong exposure to Supply Chain and Procurement functions and processes

 Hands-on experience being part of ERP deployment related to Materials management, production planning, sales & distribution, Logistics

 3+ years of experience automating the data pipeline and creation of the dashboards and analytics for Supply Chain or adjacent areas





 Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications

 Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

 Experience in incident management, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

JD Ver 1.0

 Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies is a plus

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1  Serve as the IT business partner for Supply Chain and Procurement teams for analytics /

dashboards

2  Organize / Participate in KPI and dashboards definition workshops and work closely with the business to get the signoff of the requirements

3  Collaborate with various IT teams during solution development, clarifying the business requirements, validating the solution and supporting in deployment

4  Responsible for data governance for the deployed dashboards to ensure the data completeness, currency and correctness

5  Support in the setup of logical and physical control tower for monitor the operational

KPIs and performance

6  Responsible for onboarding the business users ensuring they have the right levels of access and training

7  Identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvements

8  Provide functional support for users and ensure timely resolution of production issues

9  Manage demand intake, prioritization, and alignment with procurement and IT roadmaps

10  Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and security standards
