About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on IT Manager to own and maintain the technology infrastructure across our office and retail store locations. You'll be responsible for keeping internet connectivity, CCTV, POS systems, printers, in-store TV screens, and mobile connections running reliably, and be the go-to person when any of it breaks. This role requires someone comfortable managing multi-site IT independently, coordinating vendors, and responding quickly when a store or office needs support.

Key Responsibilities

Network & Connectivity

- Manage internet connections (broadband/leased lines) across the office and all store locations
- Set up and maintain Wi-Fi, routers, and internal networking
- Coordinate with ISPs for new connections, upgrades, and outage resolution
- Manage SIM cards and mobile data connections issued to employees/devices

Retail & Store Systems

- Maintain CCTV systems across stores and office — installation, monitoring, storage/backup, and troubleshooting
- Manage POS (point-of-sale) systems — setup, software updates, hardware issues, and vendor coordination
- Maintain in-store TV screens/digital signage — content updates and hardware upkeep

Office IT & Hardware

- Manage printers and other office hardware — setup, maintenance, consumables (toner/cartridges)
- Support employee laptops/desktops — setup, troubleshooting, and basic security (antivirus, updates)
- Manage SaaS/cloud tools (email, Google Workspace/M365, etc.) — user provisioning and access

Vendor & Asset Management

- Source and manage vendors/AMCs for network, CCTV, POS, printers,



and other IT equipment
- Maintain an inventory/asset register of all IT hardware across office and stores
- Negotiate contracts and manage renewals for IT services
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues raised from stores (via calls/tickets)

General

- Ensure basic IT security and access hygiene across all locations
- Document IT setup and troubleshooting processes for common issues
- Travel to store locations as needed for setup or issue resolution

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 4-7 years of experience in IT support/management, ideally spanning both office and retail/multi-site environments
- Hands-on experience with networking (routers, Wi-Fi, ISP coordination), CCTV systems, and POS software/hardware
- Experience managing vendors and AMCs for IT infrastructure
- Willingness to travel to store locations as needed

Skills & Competencies
- Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, hardware, and basic software issues
- Ability to manage multiple sites/locations independently with minimal supervision
- Good vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
- Responsive and organized — able to prioritize urgent store-level issues against ongoing projects
- Transparent communication skills to support non-technical staff across locations
- Basic understanding of IT security practices (access control, data backup, device hygiene)

Pay: ₹8.00 - ₹10.00 per year
