Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Academic Writer Intern to join our team. As an Academic Writer Intern, you will work on academic research, technical documentation, data analysis projects, and content development across various domains including Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Engineering.

Your responsibilities will include creating research papers, technical reports, case studies, literature reviews, dissertations, proposals, and other academic documents.

The role requires strong research skills, technical understanding, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a transparent and easy-to-understand manner. The candidate will work independently as well as collaborate with academic writers, researchers, and technical teams to ensure documentation and academic content are accurate, structured, user-friendly, and valuable to students and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and collect relevant academic and scholarly sources.
- Write, edit, and format academic documents including research papers, theses, dissertations, proposals, reports, and technical documentation.
- Apply appropriate citation and referencing styles such as APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, etc.
- Research technical topics related to Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Engineering.




- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using tools like Excel, SPSS, Python, Jupyter Notebook, and Google Colab.
- Select and apply suitable research methodologies based on project and subject requirements.
- Support machine learning and data analysis projects by understanding datasets, preprocessing methods, model results, and performance evaluation.
- Work with programming and technical concepts involving Python, Java, JavaScript, databases, and software development.
- Use database management tools such as MySQL Workbench for data handling and analysis tasks.
- Understand basic concepts related to Machine Learning algorithms, Big Data technologies, and Apache Hadoop.
- Ensure all content is original, plagiarism-free, and compliant with academic integrity standards.
- Create and organize supporting materials such as charts, tables, graphs, flowcharts, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Collaborate with writing, research, and editorial teams to meet project deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, data science, information technology, engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or any related technical field.
- Final-year students and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in academic writing, technical writing, content creation, programming, data analysis, or research projects is preferred but not mandatory.
