Key Skills Required:

Networking:

- Strong understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, routing, and switching

- Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls

- Exposure to configuring and maintaining routers, switches, and access points

- CCNA or equivalent certification (preferred)

System Administration:

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows/Linux operating systems

- User account management using Active Directory (permissions, roles, access control)

- Experience in patch management, antivirus administration, and system monitoring

- Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)

- Hardware and peripheral troubleshooting (printers, desktops, laptops, etc.)

IT Infrastructure & Support:

- Provide end-user support for system, software, and network issues

- Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records

- Manage system backups, data recovery, and security compliance

- Familiarity with IT documentation and standard operating procedures

Soft Skills:

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills





- Effective communication and collaboration across teams

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system, network, and hardware issues

- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring uptime, performance, and data security

- Manage user accounts, access rights, and group policies via Active Directory

- Configure and maintain routers, switches, VPNs, and firewalls

- Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and patch management

- Conduct regular system backups and support disaster recovery planning

- Maintain IT documentation, asset tracking, and incident logs

- Collaborate with internal teams to implement infrastructure upgrades and security policies

- Participate in internal IT audits and compliance reviews

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT team members when needed
