IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator

Fresh N Healthy is building its internal technology and infrastructure team and is looking for an IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator who can independently manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, network, employee IT support and security.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, systems and network.
- Administer Microsoft 365, including user accounts, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, licenses and access permissions.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP and Internet connectivity.
- Configure and maintain employee laptops, desktops, peripherals and other IT devices.
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, account creation, access management and device allocation.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system and network-related issues.
- Support Windows and Linux systems/servers.
- Manage basic server infrastructure, storage, backup and monitoring.
- Support network and endpoint security, access control, firewall and security policies.
- Coordinate with vendors for Internet, hardware, software and IT services.
- Provide infrastructure support to the software development team, including development machines, network access, servers and related connectivity.
- Assist with future cloud infrastructure and server setup.
- Maintain proper documentation of infrastructure, configurations,



assets and access.
- Monitor and resolve IT incidents and ensure timely employee support.
- Follow company security, backup and access-control practices.

Required Skills
- 24 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / System Administration.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with Windows systems and basic Linux administration.
- Experience troubleshooting network, system and hardware issues.
- Understanding of firewall, VPN, endpoint security and access management.
- Experience with IT asset management and employee IT support.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day IT operations.

Important The candidate should be capable of independently taking ownership of the company's IT infrastructure, systems, network, Microsoft 365 setting, employee IT support and infrastructure security, while gradually taking ownership of future server and cloud infrastructure. Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
